What exactly does the belly bootcamp do?

This program has been designed to take you from weak tummy to strong, stable, tighter, toned tummy in 31 days. It’s intense doing it daily for 31 days but it’s also about building an important life changing habit. To commit to yourself daily and gift yourself 15 minutes of you time for 31 days and in turn results will come. Whether they come in 2 weeks or 4 we are chasing the commitment of having our own backs.

What results can I expect?

A kick ass new habit of committing to yourself for a short amount of time everyday. Core workouts aren’t normally something done 7 days per week but the objective of this bootcamp is habit building so it’s important to stay committed.

You can achieve a more defined tummy, reduced back pain, stronger healthier back, slimmer waist, calmer mind, a tighter, stronger, toned tummy but that is actually a bi-product of the exercises.

If you feel stronger, tighter, taller, more mindful, more energised then that’s results! That’s progress!

How fast can I expect results?

Every person responds very differently to the exercises. Some girls have gotten very visible results in 14 days and others close to the end. It’s not about how fast you get results but how you feel inside out. Do you feel stronger? tighter? taller? more mindful? more connected to your bod? that’s more important that the speed of anything.

How much time does it take per day?

15minutes per day (max 17min including talking) and it’s to be done at the time of your choice and location too.

How is it delivered?

This is primarily delivered via a private Facebook group with the videos, check ins and community, although I am aware not everyone is on social media so it will also be sent out via email.

Do I have access to the program and videos indefinitely?

Yes definitely. The Facebook group will remain active indefinitely with the videos and posts. You will also receive the videos via email so keep them if you want access.

Does it cater for all levels?

Yes! I offer 2 separate videos, 1 for beginners and 1 for intermediate/advanced. If you have any back injuries or abdominal separation this is not suitable for you.

Who is this NOT for?

This is not suitable for mamas with abdominal separation greater than 1 finger or less than 8 weeks post baby.

This is not suitable for anyone with underlying back injuries, hernias, hip issues but someone completely injury free.
